Today I'm thankful for the chaos in my life.
I'm thankful the chaos. Our schedules are chaotic, our house gets chaotic, life around here in general gets thrown into chaos. There are weeks that it's hard to keep track of everyone's schedules. Sports, school activities, work, volunteer organizations, church, there just gets to a lot of things going on. My kids argue, stress levels get high, and we juggle family obligations. Now we are planning my oldest sons wedding, thanksgiving trip, and trying to fit family Christmas' in.
The harder I fight the chaos the worse it seems to get. We were watching a movie once and a mom was talking about praying for certain things and the question came up does God give us what we ask for or the oppertunity to achieve those things. Therefore, I am going to embrace my chaos be thankful for the opportunities for growth as a person, a mom, and an employee.
